You can go straight through: Jocelyn Wildenstein (and her scary face) gives customs officers a fright

Customs officers are used to seeing famous faces at the airport -but none quite so strange as Jocelyn Wildenstein's.

The American socialite gave staff a fright when she passed through security at LAX airport in Los Angeles, California.

Dressed casually in dark jeans and a T-shirt, the multi-millionairess wore over-sized glasses which thankfully hid much of her face.

Jocelyn, 62, is nicknamed Cat Woman due to her shocking surgically-enhanced features which were reportedly inspired by a love of exotic wild cats.

The ex-wife of billionaire art dealer Alec Wildenstein, began altering her face to appear more feline when she feared her husband was losing interest in her.

Jocelyn underwent at least seven facelifts and drastic eye reconstruction surgery and received collagen injections to her lips, cheeks and chin.

Husband Alec was said to scream in horror when he saw her despite her spending £2million on altering her looks.

After finding her husband in the marital bed with a 19-year-old Russian model, she divorced him and was awarded millions of dollars.

Alec died of cancer in February this year.

Despite her unusual appearance, Jocelyn has found love again with designer Lloyd Klein.
