Eek! a horrified Natalie surveys the mongrel's damage

The scruffy pooch appeared friendly at first, mingling with Natalie's own Yorkie pup, but just as she look the other way it brazenly cocked its leg and soaked her shoes. It's a good thing she was wearing wellies.

Understandably, Natalie looked horrified but eventually laughed off the incident and resumed her stroll with her folk singer boyfriend Devendra Banhart.

Natalie was on a break from filming her new movie New York, I Love You - an anthology of shorts films set in the city.
