Agent admits Sporting's Arsenal target Miguel is open to offers

Miguel Veloso, who has been linked with a move to Premier League club , is a step closer quitting Sporting Lisbon after his agent admitted he would be happy to leave for a big club.


The 22-year-old versatile Portuguese star who plays mostly as a defensive midfielder is also interesting AC Milan and Juventus.

However he would seem to be a perfect target for Arsene Wenger with the Gunners having lost Mathieu Flamini and Gilberto Silva.

Agent Paulo Barbosa said: 'He would be open to offers.'
