Fernando Torres received a telling off from Luis Aragones after refusing to shake his manager's hand following his substitution early in the second half of Spain's 4-1 victory over Russia.
Torres was replaced by Cesc Fabregas in the 54th minute with Spain 2-0 up on Tuesday. The Liverpool striker trudged off the pitch with a face like thunder before ignoring the outstretched hand of Aragones.

The coach said: 'You can't let these things happen. I understand the player gets angry and I am with Torres, but putting it right afterwards is important.
'A player must first be angry with himself. The atmosphere in the squad is extraordinary and we've instilled into them from the first moment that those who don't play are as important as those who do.'.
