Andrew Flintoff has been included in the England squad for the second Test against South Africa, which starts at Headingley on Friday.

The star all-rounder has been battling back to fitness for his county side Lancashire following a side strain.

Flintoff showed all his old power with three sixes in his 23-ball innings against Hampshire today and also took three wickets earlier in the LV County Championship match to help secure a six-wicket win at the Rose Bowl.

Chris Tremlett has been droppped from the squad, with speculation that Paul Collingwood will make way for Flintoff in the team.
