Catalans Dragons could lose key forward Gregory Mounis for their  engage Super League ‘sudden death’ play-off against Wigan Warriors in Perpignan on Saturday.

Mounis faces an RFL disciplinary panel on Tuesday after being cited by the video review committee for alleged ‘striking’ during his club’s 46-8 romp against Warrington at the weekend.

The Grade C offence carries a maximum penalty of four matches, if the loose forward is found guilty.

Catalans are attempting to reach next month’s Grand Final at Old Trafford after making the play-offs for the first time since they were admitted to Super League.

There was better news for the French club on Monday when their Australian full back Clint Greenshields was named in the Super League ‘dream team’ for 2008.

Five players each from the top two clubs St Helens and Leeds Rhinos have also been named along with one each from Wigan and Warrington. Leeds and England prop Jamie Peacock and Saints hooker Keiron Cunningham are named for a record seventh time.

Dream Team: Greenshields (Catalans); Donald (Leeds), Gidley (St Helens), Carmont (Wigan), Gardner (St Helens); Pryce (St Helens), Burrow (Leeds); Graham, Cunningham (both St Helens), Peacock, Ellis (both Leeds), Westwood (Warrington), Sinfield (Leeds).
