Steve Clarke is likely to be the next out the door at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea continue to overhaul their coaching set-up.
The assistant coach will return from holiday after the weekend and is expected to be told he is surplus to requirements by owner Roman Abramovich.
Clarke, 44, who joined the club as a player from St Mirren in 1987, is likely to follow Avram Grant and his assistant, Henk ten Cate, out of the exit door.

The former Scotland defender was No2 to Jose Mourinho and Grant during his four-year coaching spell at the club.
He could now be handed a position with Everton working with David Moyes but would
also like to secure a manager’s job at Championship level.
Mourinho, meanwhile, is expected to be unveiled as Inter Milan’s new manager today - his first job since leaving Chelsea last September.
