Berbatov: Ramos the genius can win us the UEFA Cup

Dimitar Berbatov believes Tottenham can win the UEFA Cup this season now that they have master tactician Juande Ramos in charge.

Ramos made an inspired double change at half-time with Spurs trailing 2-0 to Aalborg last night and his team made an amazing comeback to win 3-2.

Berbatov said: "The guy has won the UEFA Cup twice in a row and we have ambitions to make it three for him this season. We have a great chance because he knows what it takes.

"He is the kind of manager that makes brave tactical changes and substitutions. He doesn't scare easily, but at 2-0 we had to do something to turn it around.

"Juande is like a professor. He explains things and he knows how to tell us what to do in a simple way so we can understand and do it on the pitch."
