Bhoy oh Bhoy - Stoke boss Pulis looks to sign Celtic misfit Gravesen

Stoke boss Tony Pulis is keen on Celtic misfit Thomas Gravesen as he is trying to sign experienced players on short-term deals.

Gravesen, 32, is on £60,000 a week at Celtic but they would allow him to leave for free and may give him a pay-off for the final year of his contract according to reports in the Mirror.

His wage demands are proving a hurdle but, if Stoke could get him for nothing with the promise of regular football, it may tempt him to join.

Denmark star Gravesen joined the Bhoys in 2006 after a short spell at  Real Madrid but spent last season on the fringes at Parkhead before playing five loan matches at former club Everton.
