Blues defender set for QPR switch

Chelsea defender Michael Mancienne is expected to complete a £500,000 move to QPR in January.

He has been on loan at Loftus Road since the start of the season and said: "I'd be flattered if QPR came in with an offer.

"I'd love to play week in, week out and that's what I do at Rangers."

Meanwhile skipper Adam Bolder is already becoming unsettled by a lack of playing time under new manager Luigi de Canio.

Bolder has not started either of De Canio's first two matches in charge, and he admitted: "To be dropped from the starting line-up was hard to take."
