It had been hoped that the winter ante-post favourite for both the 2,000 Guineas and Derby may have recovered from his knee injury in time to contest the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth II Stakes at Ascot in July but Bolger will attempt to bring the colt, who is unbeaten in five races, back for two races before he is sent to stud.

Bolger: 'He will be targeted at the Irish and English Champion Stakes and then he will definitely be retired to stud'
Bolger said: "Teofilo is going the right way and I would be fairly certain he'll race again. Now that the Derbys have slipped off the radar we'll keep him to 10 furlongs. There isn't any great need to go further.
"He will be targeted at the Irish and English Champion Stakes and then he will definitely be retired to stud. The big guns have had five chances to shoot at him and now he needs to provide us with some seed corn."
Bolger's Finsceal Beo will have to defy a possible 13 opponents to match Attraction's 2004 feat of adding the Irish 1,000 Guineas to the English at The Curragh on Sunday.
Narrowly touched off in the French 1,000 Guineas, where she was denied by the late thrust of Darjina, Finsceal Beo faces four fillies who were behind her at Newmarket - Arch Swing (2nd, beaten two and a half lengths), Treat (4th), Indian Ink (5th) and Satulagi (9th).
Bolger's filly has been installed as odds-on favourite.
Duke Of Marmalade (3-1 from 7-1) has been heavily backed for the Irish 2,000 Guineas on Saturday.
Aidan O'Brien's colt finished fourth at Newmarket behind winner Cockney Rebel (11-10), who he meets again.
