Arsene Wenger will leave it as late as possible to decide whether they will make the starting line-up but is keen to recall Fabregas.
Wenger said: "They are back in training, some of them for the first time since being injured. For everybody I will leave it as late as possible to make a decision.
"That means Sunday morning. We have to assess the whole situation, who can start, who can last and who is completely fit."
Wenger would like all three available for the match against Arsenal's bitter rivals.
"You would like a team you feel is ideal to play. If Fabregas is fit he will play," he said.
The Arsenal manager believes Sunday's game will be the real test of whether Chelsea have a more attacking approach under Avram Grant than his predecessor Jose Mourinho.
"I don't know if they are more attacking," he said. "You have a good indication in the big games. Of course when you play at home against teams they have the ball more. You see more the philosophy in the big games."
But Wenger has been impressed by the results achieved under Grant.
He said: "I felt he would do well. He is a manager with a lot of experience. He has an outstanding team with outstanding players.
"The target of a manager is to make the best with the players he has available. He has shown his quality and the players have shown they have quality."
Wenger is also relieved that Arsenal will not have to face the injured Didier Drogba.
"If you asked me would I like Drogba to play I'd say no. If you asked Chelsea they would say yes."
