Button gets psychological boost from being fit for British Grand Prix

Jenson Button knows he will not be fastest man at Sunday's British Grand Prix - but he might be the fittest.
For the 28-year-old, whose Honda lacks the speed needed to win at Silverstone, feels in peak physical condition after competing in two gruelling triathlons.

He said: 'I like the pain and pushing my body to the limit. I also enjoy the fact there's nobody else involved. If I'm not quick enough, then it's solely down to me.
'Knowing that I'm one of the fittest drivers on the grid makes me feel very strong psychologically.'
After the Sevenoaks Sprint Triathlon, Button's major test came in the Windsor Triathlon, comprising a 1,500m swim, 43km bike ride and 10km run.
He finished 117th out of 1,700.
