Chelsea can still tear Arsenal apart - even without Didier, insists Lampard

Frank Lampard insists Chelsea have enough firepower to shoot down Barclays Premier League leaders Arsenal on Sunday, even without Didier Drogba.

Chelsea's top scorer has had knee surgery and may not be back until mid-February, as he will be playing for Ivory Coast in the African Cup of Nations.

Lampard: keen to have a go at Arsenal

But Lampard insists Chelsea's squad is full of scoring potential and sees no reason why they cannot end Arsenal's unbeaten home run that stretches backs to April.

Asked after Tuesday's goalless Champions League draw with Valencia where the goals will come from, Lampard responded: 'Where do you want me to start? Joe Cole, Shevchenko, Wright-Phillips, Kalou or myself. Hopefully from a setpiece! Is that enough for you?

'It's a massive game for us, Arsenal have been fantastic this season. They've slipped up a little bit in the last couple of games, which happens to everyone, so it's a great opportunity for us to try and narrow the gap even more.

'But Arsenal are a fantastic team, especially at home, and we'll have to be at our best.

'It's virtually impossible to go through unbeaten nowadays. It's not tiredness, it just seems like things are going against them.'
