Gold Club level tickets, amongst the best at Wembley and normally available to corporate clients only, were on sale on the internet today.
A site called Mayfair Global Events was asking £1,475 for a ticket and revealed all its inflated tickets costing between £725 to £1,150 had been snapped up by desperate fans.

Wembley stadium chiefs today launched an investigation into why premium seats for Sunday's Carling Cup Final are on sale for almost £1500 at an online ticket agency.
It was revealed last week how internet touts were demanding £1000 a ticket for the game between Tottenham and Chelsea.
But just 48 hours before kick-off, the agencies have raised their prices by another 50 per cent in the hope of cashing in with Spurs fans, in particular, desperate to see their team in their first final for nine years.
A site called Mayfair Global Events, which lists its base as Delaware in the United States, was this morning asking £1475 for a 'gold club level' ticket and £1275 for 'silver club level' ticket.
Both tickets refer to seats in the stadium's middle tier - known as Club Wembley - which is an exclusive area reserved for holders of 10-year licences.
Club Wembley members are forbidden from cashing in their tickets other than through an official re-sale system and stadium chiefs have the power to terminate the licence of anyone caught breaking the rules.
A Wembley spokesperson said: "We take ticket touting extremely seriously and will be investigating this.
"Club Wembley members are not permitted to sell, or offer for sale, any tickets to events at Wembley Stadium except via the Club Wembley re-sale process.
"Any member found to be selling tickets risks termination of his or her licence agreement."
Mayfair Global Events was unavailable for comment. The unauthorised sale of tickets to certain designated football matches is now a criminal offence and all games at Wembley are covered by this legislation.
Several Spurs fans who passed their tickets to web touts are facing bans from future matches.
