Choked! Wenger faces struggle at San Siro as Milan defence stifles Gunners

The Arsenal manager admitted that his side, who will be without Kolo Toure for a month after he pulled up with a calf injury, were too nervous in front of goal and face an uphill struggle to qualify for the quarter-finals.
Progress barred: Emmanuel Adebayor's header rebounds away and Milan survive with a draw
Arsenal had 16 shots on Zeljko Kalac's goal, but Emmanuel Adebayor wasted the best opportunity when he sent a header against the crossbar deep into injury time.
Wenger said: 'We didn't take advantage of the chances we created because we were a bit nervous in the final third.
'We were a bit too forceful and they defended with a lot of experience.
'Adebayor's wasn't the only chance. We had plenty. Eboue also had good chances, but we were a bit nervous and when we had shots we didn't test the keeper enough.
'Most of our shots were straight in the middle of the goal because we wanted to hit it too hard.
'You could see last Saturday against Manchester United that our mind was already on this game.
'We just wanted to force the decision too much. We weren't relaxed enough in the final third when we had the chances.'
Milan have never been beaten by an English side in Europe at the San Siro and Arsenal will travel to the European Cup holders on March 4, but they did pull off a memorable 5-1 win against Inter at the stadium in November 2003.
Cesc Fabregas insisted: 'I think we should be disappointed after the chances we created. We deserved more than we got.'
Skipper William Gallas said: 'They played well and defended well. We have the chance to win there. We know it will be tough and we have to be ready for a big fight.'
And Wenger added: 'We can play at a high tempo for 90 minutes. They will have to come out.'
Chelsea might also have a problem to deal with. Andriy Shevchenko, their £31million striker, left the game by bus — the AC Milan bus to have dinner with his former team mates.
