Coppell stays quiet on quit talk after Reading relegation but he expects changes at the Madejski
12 May 2008
He said: "Inevitably at the end of every season there are always changes and there will be here, mainly due to finances. But this isn't an occasion for thinking about me.
"We'll have a look forward some time this week I'm sure."

Pause for reflection: Coppell says now is not the time to think about his future
He continued: "I just want to congratulate my players for battling away all season.
"I've been here for five years and the core of the team has stayed the same, they've done a lot for this club and they are feeling it in the pit of their stomach. Our dressing room is a sad and lonely place."
Coppell's side could have done no more than take full advantage of an abject Derby team that won only once - against Newcastle back in September - and has been doomed since Christmas Dinner.

Highs and lows: Despite the delight of beating Derby (top) it wasn't enough for the Royals
But just as Reading's fans feared, not even this emphatic victory - the ninth time this season that Derby has conceded four or more - was enough to rescue them from joining the Rams on the relegation bus.
