Daddy cool Jenas thanks girlfriend after giving Wigan the baby blues

Jenas became a dad for the first time last week to little girl Sancha Natasha, but his partner Sabrina Keogh has been left holding the baby while the midfielder has concentrated on impressing new manager Juande Ramos.
Rock on: Jenas marked both of his goals by recreating former Brazilian international Bebeto's 'rock the baby' celebration
The England international, who scored two goals to help Tottenham win their first league game for three months, admits he has been allowed to sleep while Keogh has done all the hard work in the middle of the night.
Jenas marked both of his goals by recreating former Brazilian international Bebeto's 'rock the baby' celebration and said: "My girlfriend gave birth to our first child last week so the goals were a tribute to her.
"She has been brilliant and I've had no sleepless nights. She knows I've got games and I can't be interrupted so she was more responsible for the goals than me.
"Being a dad is a new experience for me. My first love has always been football and then my baby has come along and I've realised there are more important things in life."
Jenas believes the team is already playing the type of football Ramos wants and feels the Spaniard won't need to go into the transfer market in January if Spurs can maintain the form they showed against Wigan.
He added: "We are playing with a smile and having fun again and we showed that against Wigan. Juande wants us to play exciting football and we gave that to him.
"I wouldn't say that we are playing for our future at the club. He wants to have his own influence on the club, which is fine, but he knows that he has a good squad of players and if we keep performing like that then everything will be fine."
Ramos had every right to be in buoyant mood after seeing his side secure their first league win for three months against Wigan and play with the kind of style that had been missing since the end of last season.
Striker Dimitar Berbatov seemed determined to put all the speculation surrounding his future behind him as he set up two of the four goals and was unlucky to see a fine shot tipped onto the post by Chris Kirkland in the second half.
Jenas's fine brace, a smart volley from Aaron Lennon and a cool finish from Darren Bent was the least Tottenham deserved from their enterprising football.
