The 44-year-old, four times a major champion, carded rounds of 70, 70 and 67 in the 54-hole Australian Ladies Professional Golf tournament.
In the bag: Laura Davies earned her 69th victory
She finished on a nine-under-par total of 207, two strokes ahead of Australian 19-year-old Sarah Oh, while Sweden's Lotta Wahlin was a further two adrift.
Davies began today two strokes behind overnight leader Oh, but after shooting six birdies and one bogey in the final round, she secured the Ken Lee Trophy and a first prize of Australian dollars 18,750 (£8,500).
It was her 69th worldwide victory in a career spanning 22 years and the perfect warm up to next week's MFS Women's Australian Open at Kingston Heath Golf Club in Melbourne.
Davies will also compete in the ANZ Ladies Masters the following week at Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast, along with the likes of Australian superstar Karrie Webb, who is defending champion at both events.
"This is a big thing for me," said Davies.
"It's not easy to beat these players. There were some really good players in the field this week.
"Even if you don't win you have to enjoy it - and that's what we did today. The greens were just to my liking and I always look forward to coming to Australia."
Oh had birdie chances at the last two holes but could not catch Davies.
"I was just happy to play with Laura today," said Oh, adding: "It was a great experience."
