Defoe miss is a worry for Harry

Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp fears Jermain Defoe's missed penalty could haunt them despite their 2-0 UEFA Cup win over Guimaraes.

Defoe saw his spot-kick stopped by Nilson and although the former Tottenham striker made amends with a late goal, Redknapp has reservations over the second leg in Portugal.

The Pompey manager said: "Guimaraes showed they are a dangerous side. This tie is not over yet. I don't know if two goals are enough. Their goalkeeper made some fantastic saves, including the penalty, and the one he stopped at the end from Armand Traore was amazing."
