Derby crash out on penalties

The Seasiders' captain Michael Jackson kept his cool to score the decisive spot-kick in sudden death.
Jackson stroked the ball into the bottom right-hand corner, sending Stephen Bywater the wrong way after County captain Darren Moore had dragged the previous penalty wide.
The second round tie had finished 2-2 after extra-time when Kaspars Gorkss' last-gasp header forced penalties.
Shaun Barker crossed from the right wing and there was Gorkss to head past Bywater at the far post.
Craig Fagan looked like he had headed the winning goal in the 101st-minute.
Fagan met Gary Teale's right-wing cross at the far post with a downwards header from eight yards out.
Blackpool forced the game into extra-time when Gorkss' headed home an equaliser in the 86th-minute.
The Latvian left-back looped Keigan Parker's cross back across goal and into the far corner after Mo Camara had given the Rams a 62nd-minute lead with his first goal for the club.
Camara picked the ball up on the right wing and curled a low cross-cum-shot through a crowded penalty box and the ball nestled in the far bottom corner.
Both sides struggled to retain possession during the early stages which can perhaps be attributed to the number of changes amongst their ranks. Both sides made seven alterations from the weekend.
Derby began to take control of the game and came close to opening the scoring through David Jones.
The former Manchester United youngster hammered in a low shot from the edge of the area in the ninth minute and only a fine one-handed save from Rhys Evans kept the game goalless at the expense of a corner.
A scramble inside Blackpool's goalmouth almost produced the opening goal of the game in the 26th-minute.
Teale won a corner off of Gorkss and the resulting kick was met by the head of Moore.
His effort hit a Blackpool defender inside the six-yard box and a series of ricochets ensued before the ball again popped up in the air and Moore headed narrowly wide from close-range.
Five minutes later Camara tested Evans with an angled shot from the left side of the box.
In the 37th-minute Jones went close again. His left-foot shot from 30 yards was swerving and dipping but it dropped just the wrong side of the post.
Blackpool boss Simon Grayson made a tactical substitution at the start of the second half, replacing defender John Hills with midfielder Wes Hoolahan in the 48th minute.
His attack-minded switch almost paid dividends seven minutes later when Hoolahan and Scott Vernon combined to present Parker with the game's clearest goalscoring opportunity.
Parker latched on to Vernon's perfectly-weighted through ball but dragged his shot across Bywater and wide.
He almost made amends immediately with a low shot from the right-hand side of the box but this time his effort came back off the far post with Bywater beaten.
Jason Beardsley was replaced by Andy Todd as Davies made his first substitution of the game on the hour mark and two minutes later Derby were ahead against the run of play thanks to Camara.
Steve Howard replaced Rob Earnshaw immediately after the goal and Blackpool responded with a double substitution of their own in the 69th-minute.
Keith Southern and Andy Morrell replaced Michael Flynn and Vernon as the Championship club tried to find the goal that would force extra-time.
The introduction of Southern and Morrell bred new life into Blackpool as an attacking force and Grayson's side created two chances to equalise in as many minutes.
Parker embarked on a weaving solo run down the left-hand side of the pitch in the 75th-minute.
He turned Leacock one way then the other but his shot from just inside the area lacked any sort of power and was easily smothered by Bywater.
Bywater was called into more pressing action immediately after to produce a superb one-handed save to tip Barker's effort over the crossbar.
Goalscorer Camara was given an ovation by the majority of the 8,658 crowd inside Pride Park when he was substituted for Stephen Pearson in the 81st-minute.
But those fans were soon silenced when Gorkss headed home the equaliser and half an hour later Derby were out of the competition.
