With a disciplinary hearing hanging over him after he broke the whip rules on Ramonti in Tuesday's Queen Anne Stakes, it was feared that a hearing next week would have imposed a suspension to rule him out of the Sandown race.

However, the hearing has now been put back to July 5, two days before the Eclipse. The reason, ironically, is that Dettori has planned a holiday next week because of a previously incurred suspension.
Any penalty he picks up will come into effect eight days later.
HRA spokesman Paul Struthers said: "Frankie's agent has confirmed that he is booked to go on holiday. Any suspension he is given by the disciplinary panel will commence on July 13."
The news coincided with Authorized going back into regular work after his Epsom stroll.
Meanwhile, Newmarket trainer Clive Brittain earned the wrath of M11 motorists when the horsebox ferrying his charges to Royal Ascot broke down.
Brittain said: "Unfortunately, we blocked the motorway in both directions. We had to send a relief box and, once they closed the motorway, we were able to switch the horses."
Although Fares was only 10th in the Jersey Stakes, the effort was justified by Fann, who was fourth in the Windsor Forest Stakes, and Yarqus, who finished fifth to Royal Oath in the Royal Hunt Cup.
Aussie trainer Lee Freedman has confirmed Miss Andretti, record-breaking winner of the King's Stand, is on course for Saturday's Golden Jubilee Stakes.
Richard Quinn cemented his comeback with a victory on David Elsworth's Barshiba in the Sandringham Stakes.
The jockey returned to riding last month after curing a back problem that caused him to retire after last year's Ascot.
