Diouf set to complete switch from Bolton to Sunderland after medical

Senegal star El-Hadji Diouf has moved closer to a move to .
The striker was on Wearside this morning for a medical and is now expected to seal a £2.6 million move to the Stadium of Light.

Diouf is looking for a move from the Reebok after three years and Sunderland manager Roy Keane is looking for an experienced striker to add to his fledging squad.
The 27-year-old started his career in France before a £10 million move to Anfield after the 2002 World Cup. His last Bolton goal was against Sunderland in May, when he insisted he would leave the club.
Sunderland boss Keane has been busy in the transfer market in recent days, signing Teemu Tainio and Pascal Chimbonda from Tottenham Hotspur, while also being linked with moves for the likes of Steed Malbranque and Middlesbrough's Stewart Downing.
