The Briton (pictured below) claimed his seventh and eighth wins of 2007 after racing untroubled to the flag in race one from Yamaha Motor Italia's Troy Corser and Max Biaggi (Alstare Suzuki Corona Extra) in third.

The 26-year-old HANNspree Ten Kate Honda was made to work hard to claim the race two laurels, however, but did enough to fend of the charging Noriyuki Haga (Yamaha Motor Italia), while Corser claimed his second podium of the day in third.
Toseland now leads the championship by 66 points from new second place man Haga with just six races remaining.
Biaggi, Toseland's nearest title challenger prior to this weekend, has slipped from the pace after a ride-through penalty for a jump start in race two compromised his charge.
After completing his second win of the day, Toseland was mobbed on his warm-down lap as he stopped time and again to remove his race wear.
With his gloves and boots hurled to the spectators at Druids and Hawthorn Bend, Toseland finally shed his leathers in front of the main grandstands before throwing them to his adoring fans.
Afterwards, an emotional Toseland dedicated his double triumph to his family.
"I wanted it so much earlier than this," he said.
"This is my seventh year of Superbike racing and this is my first double win - I can't believe it. I don't know what I've been playing at all these years but to do it at Brands Hatch is very emotional.
"It's just overwhelming, I can't thank everybody enough. My family and close friends are my rock and I just want to dedicate this to them."
In race one, pole-sitter Troy Bayliss led away at the lights from Corser after Toseland slipped to third.
But the Briton, who this week announced he is to switch to MotoGP from 2008, was in no mood to hang about and quickly hauled himself up to second, despatching Corser by the end of the first lap.
Bayliss repelled a similar move from the Honda man on lap three, but in defending his position the world champion slid wide on the run up to Druids and Toseland was through.
The Australian was soon under pressure from Haga, who clipped Bayliss at Surtees before Corser also had a brush with his compatriot into Paddock Hill Bend.
Bayliss' fall from grace was finally completed just one corner later as he lost control at Druids and crashed out.
Toseland was rarely troubled as he romped home to the flag, although further back a handful of riders endured some dramas.
Haga made a mistake at Surtees on lap 20, straight-lining the corner and dropping to an eventual seventh-placed finish.
Corser was now safe in second, although Biaggi had to fend off team-mate Yukio Kagayama before the Japanese rider suffered a shunt with just two laps remaining.
Ruben Xaus came home fourth with Michel Fabrizio (DFX Honda) fifth and Toseland's team-mate Roberto Rolfo in sixth.
British wildcard rider Marty Nutt claimed points on his debut with 15th on a privateer Yamaha while Dean Ellison (Pedercini Ducati) was 18th.
In race two, Toseland was again sluggish at the lights.
After dropping to third off the start, Toseland pulled a stunning move on Bayliss halfway round lap one and then harassed Haga for the next few corners before hitting the front at the end of lap one.
Haga reclaimed the lead on lap five, but Toseland fought back as they passed the packed grandstands by the start-finish straight as the Briton swept into the lead at Paddock Hill Bend.
Haga was back in front on lap 11 after making the pass on the exit of Dingle Dell Corner, but by lap 15 Toseland hit the front for the final time, thrilling the capacity crowd with a pass into the heavily cambered Paddock Hill Bend.
The Briton was closely shadowed by Haga to the flag, but thereafter never looked capable of pulling off another pass on the leader.
Fabrizio was fourth from Kagayama, while Xaus (Sterilgarda Ducati) was sixth.
Bayliss had to settle for seventh ahead of the penalised Biaggi, while Ellison finished down in 17th.
