Didier Drogba plans to patch up his fractured relationship with Chelsea and has pledged to try to help drive the London club to a League and Champions league double this season.
The Ivory Coast striker, who takes on the Egyptian defence in the semi-final of the Africa Cup of Nations in Ghana on Thursday, said recently that he was upset by the exit of former manager Jose Mourinho and wanted to leave in the summer.
Now Drogba says he is relishing the challenge of winning silverware with Chelsea.

Drogba: mending his fences with Chelsea after Mourinho's exit
"I said what I did because I wanted to and I think that everyone has understood the message," he said. "Everyone thinks I am in conflict with Chelsea. This is not the case.
"Today I work in very good conditions. We want to win the Champions League and regain the Premier League title. These are the types of challenges that I adore and I am content."
However, despite making peace with Chelsea, Drogba did not expressly commit himself to staying beyond the summer.
