Wigan manager Steve Bruce is raiding former club Birmingham to take Dutch winger Daniel De Ridder on a free transfer.
The former Holland U21 international is not part of Alex McLeish’s plans at St Andrews.
And that has allowed Bruce to nip in and sign De Ridder, 24, for a second time after taking him to Birmingham.
