Former Derby chairman Peter Gadsby has attacked the club's American owners.
Gadsby was kicked off the board last Friday and is challenging General Sport & Entertainment to show they have honoured a promise to invest £50m.
'I have repeatedly sought confirmation that pledges were being honoured,' said Gadsby.
'But no answers were forthcoming.'
