Brown's side are overwhelming favourites to reach the Conference Play-off Final, having won Friday's away leg 2-0.
And with a possible final at Manchester City's Eastlands Stadium against Luton, who overcame Wrexham last night, to look forward to, Brown insists his team will look to finish the tie early.
"We can only enter the game in a positive manner and will be looking to win the home tie as well as the away one," he said.
"We've played in this fashion all season and it has served us well. There is a buoyant but not overconfident mood among the players and they are looking to complete the job in the second leg.
"We are hopeful that we will have our strongest squad to choose from. The depth and strength of our squad has been a vital factor over the last two months and there is possibly more quality on my bench now than I've had at any stage of the season so far."
But Brown has warned against complacency, insisting his team shouldn't underestimate Fleetwood.
He added: "We think we could have wrapped it up with one or two of the chances that were missed but it must be remembered Fleetwood came back strongly and could have nicked a goal or two."
