Frank Lampard: Change the rules over red cards for keepers

Robert Green was dismissed by referee Damir Skomina after just 14 minutes in Ukraine on Saturday when he brought down Artem Milevskiy in the penalty area.
Lampard was in the same situation two weeks ago after Petr Cech was ordered off in Chelsea's 3-1 defeat at Wigan for tripping Hugo Rodallega in the area.
Lampard said: "When the keeper brings someone down I think a penalty should be sufficient. I had it with Chelsea the other week and you suffer twice if they convert the penalty and you're down to 10 men as well. It can kill the game.
"Green made an honest attempt to get the ball and he was in a difficult position. Nothing against him at all. When a man is one-one-one with you it's not easy."
Ukraine's victory means they are set to beat Croatia to second spot in Group Six and a place in the play-offs. They are one point ahead of Slaven Bilic's side and just have a game against minnows Andorra to come.
