Harry Redknapp hopes nephew Frank keeps warming the subs' bench

Harry Redknapp hopes Andre Villas-Boas leaves Frank Lampard on the bench at Tottenham tomorrow night as he believes the Chelsea midfielder remains a huge threat to his side.
While Lampard remains an important part of the Blues' plans, he is no longer an automatic choice, as demonstrated by his omission against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge earlier this month.
Lampard came on as a substitute in that match and scored the winning goal from the penalty spot as Chelsea won 2-1 and Redknapp would be delighted to see the 33-year-old left out of the starting XI at White Hart Lane.
"I hope he doesn't play," said Redknapp, Lampard's uncle, today. "I'd be quite happy about that. I'd be sorry for Frank if he didn't play but from our point of view I'd be happy for him not to.
"He's a fantastic player - a goalscorer, a top player. Look at his record. He has scored nearly 20 goals every season, which is incredible for a midfielder, so if he's not on the team sheet I wouldn't be too disappointed."
Redknapp hopes to have Gareth Bale and Ledley King available but is cautious about their prospects. Bale is struggling with an ankle injury, while King's knee problems mean he can rarely play more than once a week and he completed Spurs' 1-0 win over Sunderland on Sunday.
Emmanuel Adebayor was due to miss training today with a foot complaint but Redknapp is confident he will recover. Aaron Lennon's hamstring injury is not as serious as feared and he might be available within two weeks.
