The boss was drenched during a TV interview as his side celebrated beating Manchester City last week to clinch fourth spot in the League.
Cancer charity Orchid will benefit from the sale organised by talkSPORT.
The winning bid came from Spurs season-ticket holder and sports memorabilia collector Mark Banner.
The 35-year-old self-employed businessman said: "As a lifelong Spurs fan I never thought I'd see the day when they would be in the Champions League. It's a dream come true and the chance to own a little piece of Spurs history was just too good to turn down.
