Kaka backs England for glory

Kaka believes England can win the 2010 World Cup and says they can lay down a marker by beating his Brazil side on Saturday.

The Real Madrid striker has been impressed by England's progress under Fabio Capello, saying they have gained a "better collective awareness" under the Italian.

Kaka, who will line up against England in Doha, said: "The World Cup is a competition in which everything needs to work to your advantage but I have no doubts that England can do it. As much as this game will award no points, it can work as a massive confidence boost when you beat an opponent also tipped to prevail next year. England are definitely one of the teams to consider for the trophy in South Africa."
