The Bosnia and Herzegovina goalkeeper is wanted by Chelsea coach Carlo Ancelotti to provide stronger back-up for Petr Cech.

Chelsea have already had one bid turned down by Stoke for the 23-year-old, who refused to play in the club's 2-1 Carling Cup second-round victory against Shrewsbury last night.

Fulham, who host Port Vale in the same competition tonight, are also interested in signing Begovic as a possible replacement for Mark Schwarzer if he moves to Arsenal.

But Pulis insists Begovic is going nowhere despite his attempts to force a move.

Pulis said: "With our chairman [Peter Coates] it is less likely. I do not think Peter will be pushed around. Obviously people have been blowing in his [Begovic's] ear.

"We won't be giving him away and doing a deal because of what he has done."

Meanwhile, Chelsea defender Jose Bosingwa has handed the club a major boost after 10 months out with a knee injury by taking part in his first training session with the squad.
