Austria and Poland both made three changes to their starting lineups for their Group B game at Euro 2008 on Thursday as they seek to kick-start their campaigns after opening defeats.
Austria coach Josef Hickersberger brought in Christian Leitgeb, Umit Korkmaz and Gyorgy Garics for Joachim Standfest, Ronald Gercaliu and Juergen Saeumel, hoping for a faster start than in the co-hosts 1-0 defeat by Croatia.

Poland boss Leo Beenhakker started with Mariusz Jop, Marek Saganowski and Roger Guerreiro in place of injured captain Maciej Zurawski, Pawel Golanski and Wojciech Lobodzinski for a game where defeat would end their interest in the tournament.
Poland lost their first game 2-0 to Germany.
