Hape has his mind on repeat

Shontayne Hape has been undergoing hypnotherapy as part of his rehabilitation from a third cruciate knee ligament nightmare.
And it has worked because the Bradford Bulls and New Zealand centre, 25, has come back a month ahead of schedule and can't wait to face Wigan in tonight's Super League elimination play-off.

Back in business: Bradford's Shontayne Hape has recovered a month earlier than expected
Hape was devastated when he suffered a third knee injury in March and was told he would be out for the rest of the season.
"I had come back from two operations on my other knee so I knew I could do it again. But the mental side is the toughest.
"Even when you know the injury has healed, you have visions of it happening again so you are ready to try anything and the hypnotherapy has helped.
"I have also worked with a psychologist, watching video of some of my best performances to build up my confidence."
Hape, who made his comeback at Hull last weekend, has already played in three Grand Finals for Bradford and would love to re-enact his last comeback from serious injury.
Two years ago Hape missed two thirds of the Bulls' fixtures but he came back to help them to a win over rivals Leeds in the Grand Final.
Two things have changed since then. Brian Noble, Bradford's most successful coach, is now in charge at Wigan and Hape's former wing partner Lesley Vainikolo has switched codes.
"Although Nobby knows all about us," added Hape, "we know how he likes his teams to play. It was strange at Hull last week without big Les alongside me but he sent me a text to wish me well."
