I beat myself up, so I need help, says Moyes

The intense Moyes has worked miracles in sole charge as Everton have maintained a top-four challenge as well as reaching the latter stages of the Carling Cup and UEFA Cup.
HELPING HAND: Everton's David Moyes has been working alone since Alan Irvine quit
However, he has decided he needs a partner next season and will spend the summer sifting through a shortlist, with his good pal Billy Davies, the ex-Derby boss, in contention.
Moyes said: "I'm better than I used to be but I still beat myself up after disappointing results. I was like that after we were knocked out of the Carling Cup by Chelsea, even though I can see now we just lost to a stronger team and I have to accept that."
Moyes may consider resting some players today with Everton facing Fiorentina in a crucial UEFA Cup second-leg tie at Goodison on Wednesday, trailing 2-0 from the first leg. But after three wins in a week for rivals Liverpool, Everton need a win at Sunderland to keep pace in the race for fourth spot.
Moyes added: "The players involved have to be focused on Sunderland but I will have half a mind on Fiorentina. We are outsiders to go through but we want to give it a real go.
"To finish in the top four would be fantastic, but you can't run round the pitch with a trophy for finishing fourth."
Skipper Phil Neville believes the battle for fourth will go to the wire, and is backing his team to get back on track at Sunderland. Neville and his colleagues were more than aware that Liverpool had snatched fourth spot from them on Wednesday, 24 hours before Everton stumbled in Italy.
Some fans even blamed that shock to the system for the limp display against Fiorentina. But Neville is rallying the troops with a message to Liverpool.
"Nobody remembers who was fourth in February and March," said Neville. "We're well aware that plaudits and medals are not given out at this stage of the season. We want to make it clear to anyone who thinks they are going to finish fourth this season that they will have to finish above Everton!"
