The 23-year-old Manchester United striker has been playing outside of his homeland since 2004, when he signed for Brazilian giants Corinthians.
He then joined West Ham in a controversial deal in 2006 before switching to Old Trafford last summer.

Argentinian plan: Old Trafford star Carlos Tevez plans to return to Boca Juniors before he retires
Tevez has outlined his long-term plans to return to Argentina to win another title with Boca, the club where he started his career.
He said: "I would like to play four or five more years in Europe. I would love this to happen at Manchester United and then go back to Argentina.
"I know I will finish my career at Boca. No doubt about it. I do not imagine myself retiring without winning one more title there."
