Days after AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti reportedly turned down Stamford Bridge hotseat, Prandelli has been considered a possible candidate to lead Chelsea next season.
"I know nothing about Chelsea's interest in me," said Prandelli.
In the frame: Cesare Prandelli is the latest name to be linked to the Chelsea job.
"Personally, I have not been approached by them.
"They are just rumours which nevertheless make me happy, but are nothing else."
Prandelli guided Fiorentina to a fourth-placed finish in Serie A this season as well as the UEFA Cup semi-finals.
