'I'm stronger than I thought,' insists Becks after debut

The 33-year-old, who has joined on a two-month loan from LA Galaxy, was surprised to start the Serie A clash but played 89 minutes.
"I feel very good and a lot stronger than I thought I was going to feel," said Beckham. "I had fun out there.
"I was surprised to have started the game but I am happy. Playing out there is what I love doing and I enjoyed it.
"When we had the meeting before the game, Carlo Ancelotti told all the players what the team was and that's when I found out.
"I'm glad the manager kept me on as long as he did because I needed time on the pitch to get match fitness."
Beckham, who hopes his spell in Italy will persuade Fabio Capello to pick him for England's friendly with Spain next momth, was asked if the national boss had told him anything before playing for Milan. "He gave me advice to play football at the highest level," said Beckham.
