Galaxy coach Frank Yallop, whose side face Mexican champions Pachuca, said: "He's still sore. It's really tight in his ankle. He was uncomfortable on Saturday against Chelsea, you could tell. It's going to be a little bit sore when he's playing, but not as sore as it was on Saturday."

Beckham was injured in a chellenge with Steve Sidwell
Beckham took no part in training yesterday at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California, and former Ipswich defender Yallop admitted he was concerned about the ligament injury.
He added: "We don't want to make it worse. We're forever hopeful he'd be back in a uniform and running out for us as soon as he can — next weekend or the following Tuesday. He wanted to play against Chelsea, but we have to make sure it's right for our games."
Galaxy's next game is against Chivas Guadalajara on Saturday at the 92,000-capacity LA Memorial Coliseum.
Beckham had been due to attend a press conference in Hollywood last night but stayed away to continue treatment.
The night before, Beckham and wife Victoria attended a celebrity party hosted by Tom Cruise and Will Smith, which lasted into the early hours.
"He is a very professional guy," MLS commissioner Don Garber said.
"He's not going to do anything that he doesn't think is going to support his ability to get better."
