Injured Calzaghe puts off Jones Jnr showdown until November

Joe Calzaghe celebrates his victory over Bernard Hopkins in April
Joe Calzaghe is now expected to fight American legend Roy Jones Jnr in November after a hand injury suffered by the Welshman in training scuppered plans to stage the bout on September 20.
The light-heavyweight contest should still go ahead at New York's Madison Square Garden, with a source close to Calzaghe insisting the right-hand problem was 'not career threatening'.
Jones Jnr's promoter John Wirt said: 'We're trying to reschedule for November and that works for them, so the injury must be something they feel will heal sufficiently by then.
'Roy is disappointed but he's looking forward to the fight being rescheduled. This may be a blessing in disguise because it gives us more time to promote the fight. We were under the gun putting everything together quickly.'
Calzaghe, 36, has suffered a string of hand injuries - although the majority were to his left.
The fight with Jones Jnr was expected to be the unbeaten Calzaghe's last but he has refused to give up his WBO supermiddleweight title and last week suggested he could take on Kelly Pavlik at 12 stone next year.
