Inter Milan to appoint former Chelsea boss Mourinho this week

It will mark the end of Roberto Mancini's reign at the San Siro, where he has guided the club to three consecutive Serie A titles but failed to deliver the European Cup, instantly making him one of the favourites to succeed Avram Grant at Stamford Bridge.
Agreement: Mourinho to sign with Inter Milan
Officials at Chelsea insist a new manager has not yet been identified. First they must determine which members of Grant's coaching staff remain.
Henk Ten Cate will meet chief executive Peter Kenyon tomorrow and, while sources in his native Holland believe Kenyon has already told him his job is safe, that meeting is expected to conclude with his dismissal.
Ditto the meeting Kenyon is then scheduled to have with Steve Clarke.
Guus Hiddink remains among the favourites to take charge at Chelsea -along with Luiz Felipe Scolari and Frank Rijkaard - even if his agent and the members of the Russian football federation insist it is his desire to remain in international football.
Sergei Kapkov, who acts as Roman Abramovich's representative in the Russian federation, said: "Hiddink certainly won't manage Chelsea. First of all because of his age but also because it's about the Barclays Premier League.
"He has no real experience of it and hasn't worked with a club side for a long time."
