John Terry looks to spirit of Blues to lift ravaged England team

Theo Walcott became the ninth member of Fabio Capello's first team to be ruled out of the friendly after suffering a dislocated shoulder in training last night.
Terry believes Chelsea's performances this season prove England can still come out on top.
The Blues have been hit by a number of injuries throughout the campaign and yet have still climbed to the top of the League.
Terry, who wears the armband for both club and country, said: "I am used to being captain of a side this season that have been decimated by injuries because that has been the case with Chelsea all season and we have kept performing.
"At Chelsea we perform when we are under strength and we need to show similar resilience with England against Germany as well.
"We have a good squad of players to cope with it at Chelsea and that's why it's important to get a good squad of players with England also.
"The manager then knows if two or three players do pull out in the future then he can call on certain players and rely upon them.
"It's a chance for some of the guys to prove themselves."
The number of withdrawals has sparked more club-versus-country debate.
Liverpool were reportedly upset after Capello ordered Steven Gerrard to travel to the team's hotel on Sunday night even though they had already ruled him out with a groin injury.
Capello warned that this will be standard procedure from now on and said: "Always, when one player plays on a Saturday or Sunday and we have a game, we want to check all the players whether it'll be possible for them to recover or not."
