Keane considers Balde move

Sunderland boss Roy Keane is weighing up a move for Celtic defender Bobo Balde.

Keane is desperately seeking a centre back to play alongside Russell Anderson, who arrived from Aberdeen this summer in a £1m deal.

Balde and Keane were Parkhead team-mates two seasons ago and it is understood Celtic boss Gordon Strachan is willing to let the French-born Guinea international, 31, move for around £1m.
