Liverpool target Olic stays at Hamburg as Atouba rules out Celtic move

Hamburg striker Ivica Olic has moved to end speculation linking him with a move to Liverpool by committing his future to the northern Germany club.
The 28-year-old was a key element of the Croatia side which impressed many at Euro 2008, but he insists he is happy in Hamburg.
Nowhere to run: Olic (left), pictured rounding England keeper Scott Carson during the Euro 2008 qualifier at Wembley, has decided to stay at Hamburg
'I cannot be bothered to move again,' he told the Hamburger Abendblatt newspaper. 'I am staying in Hamburg.'
Olic therefore follows team-mate Rafael van der Vaart in pledging his allegiance to coach Martin Jol while Timothee Atouba is also hoping for a chance under the new boss.
'My priority is not to transfer. My priority is Hamburg,' he told the Bild newspaper.
'My family is happy here and I want to give everything for this club.'
Atouba has been linked with a move to Celtic, but the Cameroon international claims that is not an option at the moment.
He said: 'Celtic is a great team with a great history and I played there a few years ago for Basle and they have a great stadium, but I am concentrating on the start of the season with Hamburg.
'I have had a lot of offers, but the Celtic one is not concrete.
'If it became concrete and was good for both side - HSV and for me - then the time may come to leave.'
