Moyes spurred on by derby defeat as he maps out Euro vision for Toffees

David Moyes used the platform of tonight's UEFA Cup match against Larissa at Goodison Park to take another swipe at referee Mark Clattenburg.

The Everton boss is still seething at Clattenburg's display in Saturday's defeat by Liverpool, when he denied the Goodison team a late penalty and sent off Tony Hibbert and Phil Neville.

On a mission: Moyes is detewrmined to enjoy a European night at Goodison

Moyes said: "We had to play 12 against nine at one point in that game, but I'm confident it will be 11 against 11 (against Larissa) with the Swedish referee.

"We want the crowd to be our 12th man."

Martin Ingvarsson is the man in charge tonight and Moyes insists his players will use their bitter derby experience as a force for success against the Greeks, who knocked out Blackburn.

He said: "The positives will come from the fact that the (derby) result was not decided by players - it was decided by the referee.

"It will make us stronger. Everyone has accepted what went on. Now we are moving on."

EVERTON (4-4-2): Howard, Neville, Yobo, Lescott, Baines, Arteta, Carsley, Jagielka, Pienaar, Yakubu, McFadden.

Referee: Martin Ingvarsson (Sweden)
