Murray continues to impress in Cincinnati ahead of Beijing Olympics

Andy Murray moved into his second straight quarter-final in the countdown to the Beijing Olympics as he posted a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Dmitry Tursunov at the Cincinnati Masters.
Hitting form: Andy Murray moved into his second consecutive quarter-final.
Murray, who beat Novak Djokovic a week ago in Toronto for the first time in his career after four losses, imposed a 5-0 career mark on the Russian.
Tursunov is noted for a hot temper and Murray kept his own nerves in check to finish in 58 minutes in broiling sun. The eighth seed has lost just once since Wimbledon, going down in the Canadian semi-finals to Rafael Nadal six days ago.
Murray began with a break of the 34th-ranked Tursunov's serve and then recovered from 0-30 to reach 3-1.
Despite losing the break in the sixth game, Murray won it straight back and concluded the set with another break of a fading opponent.
Murray rode the momentum to a 3-0 lead in the second set and finished with five aces and four breaks of serve to move ahead at a tournament where he has experienced highs and lows.
He defeated Roger Federer in a 2006 upset here but lost in the opening round a year later.
