The Sun reports that Toon boss Kevin Keegan and Toffees chief Dave Moyes are keen on the full-back  who has been out of favour at White Hart Lane since his massive show of dissent after being substituted during the Carling Cup Finla against Chelsea in February.

And ex-Spurs boss Martin Jol - who signed Chimbonda from Wigan two years ago -   is also after the Frenchman. Jol is now in charge at Hamburg.

Chimbonda, 29, who has one cap for France, joined Tottenham for £6million but no longer features in Juande Ramos's plans.
