Harlequins No8 Nick Easter will be England skipper in Sunday's non-cap match against the Barbarians at Twickenham.

Significantly, with the New Zealand tour looming, Sale's Charlie Hodgson is the No10, club-mate Richard Wigglesworth is at scrum-half and Harlequins Mike Brown is given the full-back role. London Irish hooker David Paice gets a first chance to bid for a start in New Zealand.

With London Wasps and Leicester playing in the Guinness Premiership Final on Saturday, the team does not feature players from those teams.
