Nacho Novo last night insisted the lure of the Premier League would not tempt him away from .
Newly-promoted are reported to be preparing a bid and could offer the Spaniard a huge pay rise.

But the forward, who is under contract until 2010, told Sportsmail: 'I am happy here. I love the fans and that is a big thing for me. 'I haven't heard anything about interest from any team, so this surprises me. It is always nice to hear that someone is interested in you, that they appreciate you.
'But I just want to concentrate on my team, Rangers. Everybody at the club seems quite happy with me and I'm happy staying. I just want to do well for Rangers.
'If the fans were against me, that would be different. But they always give me so much support.'
Novo's Ibrox salary isn't on a par with the club's top earners and, despite signing a new contract in December, he has been given no guarantees about a regular starting position by Walter Smith.
The Ibrox manager will gladly lose at least one forward before the transfer window closes but Novo's versatility makes him one of the players Smith would least like to sell.
Meanwhile, German legend Rudi Voller has denied he is about to recruit Rangers striker Kris Boyd to play for him at Bayer Leverkusen.
Voller, sporting director at Bayer, said: 'I know the player but there is no link to us.'
Boyd was also linked with Cologne, but they have just signed Romanian striker Sergio Radu on loan from Wolfsburg.
